 Roy Rainey has been a resident of Kitsap County for more than 40 years. A graduate of Central Kitsap High School, Roy attended Olympic College before earning his bachelor degree in Accounting at the University of Washington. He then earned his law degree at the University of Washington School of Law.
With service as both prosecutor and defender in criminal cases, and nine years of general legal experience, Roy accepted the appointment as Judge of the Bremerton Municipal Court in 1987. In 1991, Judge Rainey was recognized by the Washington State Bar Association as the outstanding judge in the State of Washington. Returning to private practice in 1992, Roy’s principal areas of practice include real estate, estate planning including wills, trusts and probate, and business law matters. |
