Kevin Moran has lived and practiced law in Kitsap County since 1978. He received his
bachelor degree from the University of Kansas in 1975. After receiving his law degree
from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas in 1978, Kevin was admitted
to the Washington State Bar and the Federal District Court for the Western District of
Washington. Formerly a sole practitioner, Kevin brings to our firm his over 30 years of
experience in bankruptcy, estate planning, probate, real estate and business law.
In addition to Washington, Kevin is admitted to practice law in the States of Oregon,
Idaho, Utah, Nebraska, and Arkansas.
Kevin is also involved with Rotary International and has been a 20 plus year member of
the Silverdale Noontime Rotary Club.
Kevin also volunteers on a monthly basis at the Kitsap Legal Clinic, where pro bono legal
services are provided to those of limited means.
